МЛАДЕЖКОТО ПРЕДПРИЕМАЧЕСТВО: НАГЛАСИ И АКТИВНОСТИ НА СТУДЕНТИТЕ В БЪЛГАРИЯ
Абстракт
В представеното проучване са разгледани предприемаческите нагласи, намерения и активности сред студентите в България на базата на данни от глобалното емпирично изследване GUESSS 2023. В проучването участват 1742 студенти от 31 университета в България. Анализът е фокусиран върху кариерните предпочитания на младите хора, факторите, влияещи върху тяхната предприемаческа мотивация, и значението на университетската среда. Резултатите показват, че 22% от студентите възнамеряват да започнат собствен бизнес веднага след дипломиране, като този дял нараства до 37% в петгодишна перспектива. Особено внимание е отделено на влиянието на предприемаческото образование, на институционалната подкрепа и на семейната предприемаческа култура. Представен е и сравнителен анализ на България спрямо глобалните и европейските тенденции, както и конкретни препоръки за насърчаване на студентското предприемачество.
