КОРПОРАТИВНОТО УПРАВЛЕНИЕ В ГЪРЦИЯ В КОНТЕКСТА НА ДЪЛГОВАТА КРИЗА

Резюме

Разгледан е един от важните аспекти на капиталовия пазар в Гърция – моделът на корпоративно управление, в който доминират семейни фирми и държавни компании. Изследвани са неговите специфики и е аргументирано виждането, че повечето публични компании нямат адекватни механизми на корпоративно управление. Направен е изводът, че макар да има определени резултати в тази област, те са ограничени до малко на брой относително големи компании, стремящи се да привличат между народно финансиране. Концепцията за корпоративно управление все още не е намерила добра реализация в гръцките бизнес-среди, което е пречка за разширяването на семейните фирми, за доброто управление на държавните компании и за процесите на приватизация.
