The article focuses the actuality of the questions for the deposit insuring in the conditions of undetermined market environment. Examined are the interrelations "bank-client-insurer" in the voluntary insuring of the bank deposits. Analyzed are the specifics and problems of the deposit insuring in Bulgaria. Revealed are the state and the conditions for developing the deposit insuring of the national financial and insuring market.
