Abstract

This is an analytical review and an assessment of the design and functioning as of 2005 of the three basic targeted social support programmes: the guaranteed minimum income - GMI (monthly social benefit); the energy allowances and the targeted family benefits for children. The administrative costs, related to the implementation of the monthly social support programme are established, analysed and assessed.
